Baby Rancic has arrived.

'THE DUKE HAS LANDED'
E! News presenter Giuliana Rancic and her husband Bill, welcomed their first child via gestational carrier on Wednesday.
The baby boy, named Edward Duke Rancic weighed in at a healthy 7 pounds for ounces.
Labour lasted just over four hours and went smoothly and relatively quickly. Both Bill and Giuliana were in the delivery room the entire time, erupting in tears of joy the moment their son arrived. Bill cut the umbilical cord minutes after Edward was born, and Giuliana was the first to hold her son.
The past few years have been tough for the couple, and I am so happy that they finally have their baby boy safely in their arms.
After failed IVF, and suffering a miscarriage, to then find out she had breast cancer, life over the fact few years has been tough for Giuliana and Bill. It was the feritility doctor in Denver that insisted Giuliana had a mammogram, and to everyone’s horror, Giuliana was diagnosed with breast cancer at the age of 36. Thankfully it was caught early and Giuliana is now a breast cancer survivor who has become a prominent spokeswoman about the importance of early detection.
As part of her treatment for breast cancer, Giuliana will be on medication for the next five years which means she won’t be able to get pregnant until her treatment is over. This is why the couple decided upon a gestational carrier.

Bill announced his son's birth on Twitter saying, "The 'Duke' has landed! Edward Duke Rancic was welcomed into the world last night at 7lbs 4oz. G & I feel blessed beyond words...We did it!"
Giuliana also tweeted about her sons arrival saying 'It's true what they say (and what u all told us).... @BillRancic and I couldn't love little Duke anymore than we do. He's a dream'.

Pictures are yet to have been realised of baby Edward, but I'm sure we won’t have to wait too long before we get a preview.

The couple also celebrated their 5th wedding Anniversary on Saturday and I'm sure with their special addition to their family, it will have been the best one yet. I absolutely adore Giuliana and Bill, and I have followed them along their journey to parenthood, I wish them all the very best and I know they are going to be such fantastic parents to baby Edward.
